Does Amaira work?

Are there any harmful ingredients in Amaira products?
No. Amaira formulas are permanently free from hydroquinone, steroids, parabens, mercury, and synthetic bleaching agents. All actives are plant-derived or clinically validated synthetic compounds with established safety records.
How exactly does a hyperpigmentation cream work?
Hyperpigmentation occurs when melanocytes over-produce melanin in certain skin areas. Brightening actives — alpha-arbutin, kojic acid, niacinamide, vitamin C — inhibit the enzyme tyrosinase, reducing melanin synthesis and gradually evening skin tone with consistent use.
Can Amaira products be used on any skin tone and type?
Yes. Our formulas are designed and tested for all Fitzpatrick skin types (I–VI). They are especially well-suited to deeper skin tones that are more prone to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Can I use Amaira products if I am pregnant?
We always recommend consulting your healthcare provider before beginning any new skincare regimen during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Some ingredients (particularly retinol in the Ultra Lift Serum) are not recommended during pregnancy.
Can I use the Lightening Serum on intimate areas?
Yes. The Natural Lightening Serum is formulated for multi-area use including the face, underarms, inner thighs, bikini area, and intimate areas. Always patch test first on less sensitive skin and wait 24 hours before applying to sensitive areas. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
How long until I see results?
